The Project
FJNR collaborated with Thèsez-vous to create a shop dedicated to supporting students in their writing process. The project began at Impact8, where we pro bono assisted the founders of Thèsez-vous to define the issues and objectives of this digital tool.

An online store to centralize everything
Store Launch
With the opening of Thèsez-vous’s physical space, we developed an online store that allows the purchase of memberships and work blocks. This development helped strengthen the student community by offering tangible resources to improve their writing experience.
Introduction of Writing Retreats
Quickly, we expanded the offering to include “writing retreats.” These retreats provide students with quality time to focus on their work while distancing themselves from daily distractions.
Response to COVID-19
When COVID-19 hit, Thèsez-vous faced significant challenges as all activities were in-person. To meet the growing needs of students, we urgently developed virtual retreats integrated into the shop to foster socialization and mutual support remotely.
Development of an Administrative Panel
FJNR also developed a comprehensive administrative panel that allows Thèsez-vous to manage various aspects of its operations. This panel includes managing membership types, members, attendance at the space, discount coupons, reimbursements, as well as exporting financial data. Additionally, it facilitates the creation of new physical spaces and the management of retreats, including room allocations during these retreats.
Design Modernization
Over the years, the design of the store was fully modernized. We moved away from the designs of an external agency to adopt new, in-house designs created by FJNR, better reflecting the identity of Thèsez-vous and offering a more enjoyable user experience.
Connections with the Chrono and Jardin Projects
This trusted collaboration with Thèsez-vous also led to the development of projects such as Chrono and Jardin, aimed at enriching the student experience and promoting their involvement in collective initiatives. Chrono helps students structure their work time, while Jardin offers a playful approach to foster collaboration within the community.
